OFFICE CENTRE MERITUULI

Rapid growth at the Mussalo Harbour and in the adjacent industrial area has maintained demand for office premises, too. Office Centre Merituuli located near the gate of the Mussalo Harbour has already undergone several extensions. The original low part completed in the year 2000 has been supplemented by the eight-floor towers called Pohjoiskorkia and Lounatkorkia.

Merituuli presently offers 12,200 square metres of space. It houses the Customs, office of VR-Cargo and some 50 other logistics companies. The office centre is a workplace for more than 400 persons.

The most recent expansion was completed in December 2005, providing more room for the customer service of Customs and for a vehicle inspection station. There are six different conference facilities, and the new spacious luncheonette with its cabinets can cater for large groups.

The new office building offers full facilities for demanding datacommunications, and also for office-specific access control if necessary.
