ACCESS PASSS MATTERS

Unauthorised access to the port area is prohibited.

Access to the port area requires an access pass granted by Port of Kotka Ltd or by a party authorised by it, used within the automatic access control system. Persons wishing to access the port need to be able to prove their identity and give a reason for visiting the port. Access to the port without a valid reason is prohibited.

Due to the ISPS rules, we cannot allow access to any port area to vehicles of which no advance information has been delivered to the Port of Kotka. The temporary access pass is granted on the basis of advance information on the transport or visitor.

Transport companies and visitors must acquire an access pass for vehicles through that company to/from which load will be carried or where the visitor will visit. The access pass is primarily personal, but vehicle-specific access passes can be granted to company vehicles.
