Porttitalo in Hamina

The first part of Porttitalo in Hamina was finished in 2004, with an extension built three years later. The building has a total of 4,400 m² rentable office space occupied by the Finnish Customs and some 30 other lessees currently.

Merituuli Office Centre, Kotka

The Merituuli Office Centre is located adjacent to the Mussalo Harbour. The original, low building was finished in 2000, after which it was flanked by high rise buildings on both sides. In 2005 an extension covering the customer service area and the car inspection post for the Finnish Customs were finished.

Merituuli has a total area of 12,200 m². The lessees include the Finnish Customs and 50 other logistics companies. Over 400 people work in the Office Centre.

Services

The office properties meet demanding information transfer systems. Access control for individual offices can be arranged if necessary. There are a dozen of various meeting rooms. Spacious lunch restaurants with cabinets serve even the most demanding clients. Additionally, Porttitalo in Hamina has excellent meeting and sauna facilities for social receptions.

Administration and Rentals

The properties of Merituuli and Porttitalo are both administered and rented out by Kotkan Satamatalot Oy.
